Bed and bath linens were clean, so that's a plus. We wiped down all kitchen surfaces, since there were some remains from previous guests. At that point, we ended up pretty much wiping down all surfaces. We weren't sure it was just a quick cleaning job between visitors, or the unit had sat a while.
