“The horel room was good for cleanliness but there was only 1 towel in the bathroom. There was no extra linens for the sofa bed, the tv was broken, the coffee pot didn’t work and there no was no blow dryer.
We tried to get help from the front desk in regards to the tv and they couldn’t help!
We had ro go to there one desk and get the linens.
In the mrng I called about the blow dryer and the lady at the front desk said she didn’t know where any extras were???
We went down for breakfast and it……

“The reviews about this hotel are wrong. It stinks in the entire hotel. They no longer have a working arcade as advertised. There is No restaurant. Breakfast was a joke. And Noone was there when I arrived to check in. I had to call them and wait 15 mins for the guy to get back to the hotel. This place is a joke. Never stay there.”

“This property is going through renovations, which is very much needed and long over due. This used to be a great property but now it is not and the overnight staff is not great either, he could not answer any of my questions that I asked about the cost. The price is very high for a property of this calibre and I will not stay here again until it gets a full renovation.”
