The bathroom door is not on the bottom hinge. It is hanging and sliding on the floor. The furniture is worn and shows it has been years since upgrades. The toilet handle is barely working. The staff is different and doesn’t look professional. They look like they rolled out of bed and came to work. The coffee is just flavored water, it was terrible, cold and empty most of breakfast. The forks ran out during breakfast and the staff couldn’t stop talking to come get more out. As the old saying goes “you get what you paid for” it is true with this place. We stuck it out because it was just a place to sleep but wouldn’t do that again. AC temp could not be changed... light above sink in bathroom did not work... toilet ran so it would refill every 5-10 minutes... no drain stop in the tub just a few things. Bed was ok. BUT to top off the stay, when checking out the person who finally showed up at the desk gave me grief because I asked for a receipt. He was pissed because we had booked thru expedia and commented that now we could see how much they were skimming from him!
