“Todo estuvo excelente servicio lugar y muy limpio”

“The luggage cart we used had a flat tire. Being on the second floor and with 12 days of travel, we had a lot of luggage. We had to swap it midway as the cart collapsed in the middle of the hallway . Understandable. Unfortunately, the man at the desk did not care that the cart was basically unusable and instructed me to put it back in the foyer for the next poor person to use, stating, “I have no way to fix it, just put it out with the others.” I wish I had known to pick a functioning trolley……

“Breakfast was good. Had a nice lounge with pool tables. Stayed two nights but didn't have maid service during the stay. Staff is very friendly and helpful.”

“This was not a Lodge in any sense of the word. These are barracks designed to house oil field workers. There was no one to check in with and had to call the number and then wait at least 20 minutes for a disinterested person to tell me what unit I was in. I would have left but there was a no refund policy and I was exhausted from driving. Grimy floor, stove, drawers, and a general funky smell. When I checked the reviews, someone had posted a 10/10 which to me means that they must have stayed……

“Overall, a good experience. Reasonable rates, convenient location, nice room. I have one complaint that is my pet peeve: the paucity of towel racks in the bathroom! It is an easy fix but for some reason many hotels make this mistake. When you travel as a couple, you need at least two towel racks to hang your bath towels on and one to hang the hand towels on. I would also love a second reading chair or a small couch so both of us can read in the room (or watch tv) when we relax.”
