"Be aware, the place as a whole does not offer air conditioning. They offer a plug in fan if you need some sort of air besides opening the window. The room we stayed in had ants in the room so any food we brought into the room had to be stored in the microwave or ice chest. Some rooms dont have a balcony or closet. "

"This place is beautiful! It’s such a unique experience to stay at a place that has chickens and llamas on the property! Our room was very cozy, clean and spacious! We will definitely be back again."

"We got to studio 9 after a terrible experience from another motel down the street. The other motel was disgusting and i demanded my money back. We went about a half mile down the road and fou d Studio 9. The receptionist was very kind. And even let us check out the room before we booked (given our last experience). The rooms were clean, little dated, but overall not bad for the price we paid. There arent any amenities but close enought to town to walk to all the shopping and such. I would stay again. "

"View of "estuary" was beautiful. "Soaking tub" in room had a leaky faucet and was just a very large unnecessary tub in the way. There were other guests that made a lot of noise through thin walls until midnight. Fireplace was nice. Location good, and clean property."
