“Our room had curtains that we could not close because they were ripped. We had to use a hanger to keep them close because people could see right into our room. We prepaid for the room and then was charged again when we got there and are still awaiting a refund. The woman at the desk, unfortunately did not know how to correct it and it appears that the manager that came by did not either because the amount is still not returned to me, although the $35 incidental fee has been refunded.”
