"Great set up, kitchen & living room w fireplace; master bedroom downstairs w a fireplace and nice bathroom and wrap around porch from bedroom and main space; nice bedroom w 2 bed upstairs, bath w tub and washer drier. Open the patio screen door and you can hear the creek nearby, which is fun to explore. Restaurant on premises w lobby that has vino, snacks and any items you may need. Great place to stay in Oak Creek Canyon."

"Overall we enjoyed the flat. Loved the location, hot tub and views. After a long day of hiking, it was amazing to get into the hot tub and relax. We had some chilly nights and the heat didn’t work. We tried calling but because it is a rental agency it was hard to get through. We didn’t mind that there wasn’t a kitchen, but we like to have coffee and breakfast at home and there were no mugs and dishes. It’s all about the location for this place. Hiking right outside the door."

"We had an amazing stay in the heart of Sedona. We were in the heart of the town and close to everything we wanted to explore. The condo was comfortable, quiet and clean. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool after our days of hiking."

"We had a very pleasant, quiet stay here. It had everything we needed. One small suggestion: the nuts on the twin bed frames were loose, causing the headboards to rock back and forth a few times whenever someone would roll over. They could use some tightening."

"Unit was very nice. Very comfortable for 2 people. I would recommend highly. Only minor suggestions... give an exact address. Needed to drive around about 5 minutes trying to match picture to unit. Check out the kitchen sink faucet. When you pull out the faucet from the holder for spraying, we found a leak in the hose. you may be getting water damage..."

"My wife and I just stayed in Sedona for 4 days during our trip to Arizona. This was an affordable option that allowed us to cook, do laundry and have a comfortable bed to sleep in. The location is 10 minutes from the major hikes, and 10 minutes from the “uptown” area. It was clean, the owners were communicative and kind. Perfect for what we needed. Definitely would recommend. They also supply you with a red rock pass to use for the Sedona hiking area!"

"We ended up getting moved to another property by the property manager due to an unforeseen circumstance and the owners were very accommodating! Property was clean and had beautiful views. Amenities were slightly dated-- if you are traveling with younger children or wish to watch TV at night, I recommend bringing your own laptop, etc. Unit has a small TV with a few local channels and a CD player. I wish we were warned about how thin the walls in the unit were. We were woken up by the tenants...

"Property feels unsafe as it is opened for anyone to walk in through the back gate. Main lobby door is always open, and seems extremely unsafe for that reason. Our room had a 12ish inch tv. Internet was extremely slow. Property management don’t try to work with you at all regarding schedules etc. you are able to hear everything in other rooms as well. "
