“The house did not open when we first arrived. We got in but they needed to bring batteries for the front door lock. The house was freezing upon entry and had to call add the thermostat is not adjustable by guests. The garage door opener was stolen which they knew. The downstairs tv had several remotes. Several did not work (batteries?) so I wasn’t able to watch a game. The basketball game in the basement was fun for my son. Property was in good condition and the beds were nice but way too many……

“Great location in Windsor. Overall fairly clean. Not super small child friendly (unsecured tv and large mirrors, barn doors, lots of breakable trinkets). Older children would probably be fine. Communication with management company didn’t have a fast turnaround. No recycling. Management had to come into the home with only a few hours notice. There wasn’t much in the way of cleaning supplies. Overall it was a fine stay.”
