“This place was so unique and cute. We loved the brightly colored decor! It was well-appointed with everything we might need, including toiletries and snacks. We were grateful everything was unscented as a couple of us are very sensitive to fragrance. There isn't a dishwasher, just FYI. Situated in a quiet residential neighborhood close to both western Denver and Golden. The host was very quick to answer questions right away. I'd recommend this spot! ”

“12 hours before our arrival time we receive an email from the Anna that after the 1st night we would have to checkout and change rooms. This was going to be a huge inconvenience to us. We had planned on skiing all day and had purchased groceries as well. We tried to explain this and Anna was unapologetic and did not care the inconvenience would cause us. “Our stay at The Avenue Historic Mansion in downtown Manitou Springs was truly lovely. We had 21 family members and the home easily accommodated all of us. There was plenty of space to gather together as a group, while still allowing for individual activities and playtime. The location was absolutely perfect, just minutes from the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park and close to all the charm of Grand Lake. “The unit was great and clean and welcomed our 2 small dogs. However, the town of Golden had a severe power outage and we could no longer stay in the unit. We checked out early. Otherwise, it would have been a great place to stay since it's so close to COSM.”
