“We had a wonderful time staying at this property. It was nice that the bedrooms were split apart in the condo for privacy. My son enjoyed using the computer monitor in the 2nd bedroom for his gaming. The 2 air conditioners were a life saver during a heat wave, but the patio door left open in the master bedroom at night was very nice to cool off the bedroom. We enjoyed the amenties(kitchen, 2 bathrooms, large couch and dinning table). We didn't use the pool, since my daughter said it was a……

“Very nice location in Avon and easy access to free local shuttle transportation. There is a washer and dryer, not just a dryer as listed. No A/C so just be prepared in warm summer months.”

“This was my second stay with them… and I would do it again!!! I love the property, location is great for my needs.”

“This place was perfect for our stay. Avon on the 4th of July is a great time every year. The place is super clean and so easy to check in. Parking included was a huge plus. We will be back next year.”

“Easy access to the village and slopes. Would definitely recommend this location. ”

“Host was very responsive. Wonderful condo conveniently located just a short drive to both Beaver Creek and Vail. Well appointed kitchen for those who like to cook during their stay. Will definitely recommend to friends and family!”

“Very nice space - convenient location, loved the babbling brook, also very quiet .”

“We booked last minute almost but it was smooth and we appreciated easy communication with host. We enjoyed the view of the golf course. It was quiet and we enjoyed our brief stay.”

“Randy was very helpful in the check in process and secured us an extra parking pass at no charge. Rental property was well stocked and he provided snacks and water. Overall a very pleasant stay.”

“The room was nice. Not exactly ski in ski out as you had to walk about 100 yards and then take 3 escalators to get to the slopes. I have stayed at many vacation rentals and this was the most expensive with the least amenities. No vaporizer. No bottled water. No literature telling about nearby restaurants, pool, hot tub, etc. No tray for your ski boots to drain. ”

“Excellent lodge in n Beaver Creek. We were there in summer and it was great place for a getaway! The room had a small refrigerator which was nice. We didn’t cook, but it was nice for our coffee every morning. One suggestion for the unit is it needs a few dishcloths. Otherwise, very comfortable and we loved walking all around Beaver Creek. There was also an on demand shuttle that we used!”

“Beautiful place to stay within walking distance of everything we wanted to do in Vail.”

“Overall OK, well located. Friendly staff, clean. Parking lot just 4 min walk. Nice sunny balcony to drink morning coffee”
