“If you’d like quiet and not a lot of people around during the winter time, this is a great place to go, but it is far from town. There are no restaurants there. Expedia did not have a very good explanation of what to expect with the room. It said it was one bedroom one bath, but when they arrived, they stated the bath was not inside. “We really enjoyed our stay at this home for our spring break ski trip. Very clean and well stocked, the kitchen had plenty of cookware so we easily made meals at the house. The beds and rooms are spacious with storage and all the beds are comfortable. The living room/ couch is very comfortable and spacious. Great location and mostly quiet neighborhood. The host is responsive and easy to reach. We will definitely keep this location in mind for our next Granby trip!”

“We had a wonderful time at Heathers house. Granby is such a great town and only 15 minutes away from RMNP! She really made you feel welcome with snacks, bird food for the feeder, a cute coffee bar and well stocked kitchen! highlights of our stay included a guided fly-fishing trip with Kirks fly shop, horseback riding at the rocky mountain stables, kayaking on lake Granby, and hiking in the park. “While the location is not next to the slops it was more than worth it to be more isolated, no noise, great views in a cabin that was safe, warm, and felt like home. Really what Colorado is about, and I am a native. Highly recommended. ”

“Our group of 7 absolutely loved this property. The location is convenient being close to town and about a 15 minute drive to the lake. There were beautiful views outside every window and deck area. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and updated and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. The hot tub was a nice treat at the end of the day. We would love to stay here again in the future! ”

“It was clean but could have been a little bit better cleaned, which no big deal as there’s lots of properties to maintain. It was fun to stay there as there was fishing and hiking trails near, a beautiful lake close. The drive to town and back was scenic so picturesque. ”
