“My dad and I both enjoyed our stay at this rental. The proximity to RMNP entrance was wonderful and easy to make it into the park before the timed entry started. The master suite worked out well for my dad to stay on the same level once up the stairs. The room and attached bathroom worked out well for me on the lower level. “What a great house and location. We have never been to Grand Lake so we didnt really know what to expect. But it was one of our best vacations as a family. The house was perfect. Beautiful scenery and a big lake to fish in with kayaks. Kids loved fishing, hiking and being on the lake. House was perfect and we had no issues. What a relaxing perfect get away. Definitely be back!”

We are electricians and had to do an underground wire pull. We had great difficulty manipulating "smart TV" again, age certainly a factor. lock issue with door a major frustration. overall, we had a great time and found the cabin warm, welcoming and well stocked compared to other VRBO's we have stayed in.
