"Breakfast? $24 for a continental type of breakfast. Did not look good enough to participate in. Remodeled in 2025? Just the basics in the rooms. The hallway was dark, dreary and gross. The a/c in the room turned on and off all night and was loud. The water situation of this place is a joke. No water fountains. $3 for a 16 oz generic bottle of water that has been sitting on the dresser for who know how long (one bottle was misshaped and did not stand up straight). The blinds were terrible. The room was completely lit all night by the lights outside. The workout facility looked pretty nice but did not have a chance to use it. The shuttle was convenient and easy to use. Would not recommend this place. "

"There was no window so no Mountain View, lobby is nice the rooms are semi upgraded. Bedding was dirty though kept finding random hairs that were not mine "

"It was an accidental booking and no matter how many people, chats or phone calls I made asking for even a partial credit, no one would get back to me. I was told that one of the managers would refund me but it never happened. I was on hotel.com looking for a room for 2 adults and 3 kids and toggled back but it reset the date so now I’m out $320. So sad to say the least. Embassy suites staff couldn’t care less. "

"Checked in, first room no AC. Called down, waiting hours before someone came in to confirm it’s not working and we need a new room. We were told to sit tight and wait for someone to come up with new keys. No one came. Called down, finally someone came, gave us keys at the door did not ask if we needed help with luggage. Move to an upper floor went to go into our new room just to discover that it is a dirty room that has not been cleaned. Went downstairs to get it settled with a new room as we were very unhappy at this point. Checked into our newest room to find hair in our bathtub. At this point, we just decided that we were just gonna sleep and get out of this hotel and never return."
