"I was homeless (living in my car) and working at Amazon when I went to Super Lodge. From management down to house keeping they treat you with respect if you want to change rooms (at one point I wanted to switch sides) they let you. I even totally forgot about it and thought they did to nope they let me know we still have a room reserved for you if you want. They have a bunch of cameras and if any shady stuff goes on they don’t play they’ll call the police. They made it to were in an unsafe are...

There is a very potholed road that leads to the hotel however the next day learned of two other roads that lead to the hotel that were in good shape. "It was a good hotel, not too busy, served its purpose for the weekend, only downside was hot water was sporadic, it was hot, then cold briefly before getting hot, not a big deal, but I do enjoy a steady shower, whether hot or cold without fluctuation, no big deal tho, room was clean, staff was friendly, and it served its purpose for a cheap getaway weekend!"

"Well they have you sign bunch of papers and you dont understand what he is saying to you since talks so fast and English not first language then take additional $100 from credit card that will be returned. They never returned mine for what reason I have none nor was I sent anything explaining why it wasn't returned. I did nothing but spend the night quietly by myself. "

"I like the facility location.i didn't like the fact i checked in and was charged for 2 nights that was already paid for thru expedia. Even though I prepaid I was still charged and now have to wait several days to get my refund. This is an inconvenience to me. This should not of happen if there was proper communication between expedia & riverview motel.. A phone call shouldve been made not an email to explain that my fees were already paid."
