“I booked a room forn2 people, and it had 2 thin pillows, a thin blanket, toiletry items, towel, washcloth and hand towel for one person. There was no chair in the room. The front door had issues of being stuck to enter the room, and the front desk person was extremely rude. I called the day of checkout at 9am and the front desk person told me checkout was at 11:30am versus 11am. When I came to checkout at 11:11am to ask for my $20 deposit, the same person told me I missed checkout at 11am. ……
