"Excellent as always, never disappoint. I checked in Sunday 10, 2026 at 9:20PM approximately and I don't remember the name of the front desk lady (sorry!) but I like to commend her for the kind and professional attention during my check in process when the virtual credit card did not go thru (it was not her fault or mine), I called Expedia and she handle everything with them over the phone, and I was able to check in with no issue. I have been an Expedia member for more than years now and she is definitely top level professional, customer service oriented. If someone have a chance, please get back with her and let her know. "
