“I booked this property through Expedia under stressful circumstances — Barbados air traffic controllers went on strike, my flight was canceled, and I was stranded along with many other travelers. “This is a great little hotel hidden away on the beach about 15 min from the airport. It’s not in a tourist area, residential all around it, but it’s nicely done, right on the water, and there’s vibe is super welcoming. Rooms are basic, good wifi, good water pressure, comfortable bed, and very clean. Nice pool right next to the ocean, and there’s an all-day bar + restaurant. Sat at the bar for dinner and the food was great, big rack of ribs done to perfection, even for a Texan who knows……

“One of the few 'beach hotels' on the island -- many say they are, but you usually have to cross a road, or the beach is 'next' to the property. This is essentially a beach compound and private! The pool is big, clean, lots of seating. Lay around and watch / listen to the ocean, or use a beach lounger with free towels and lay at the ocean.
