“We only stayed for a night and got there late after a long road trip. I was supposed to have a room with 1 king bed, labeled “mini suite” on the listing. I ended up with 2 full size beds and a room that looked completely different from the photos online. I walked up to the check in desk and immediately noticed a dead roach on the counter. During the night while we were laying in the room at least 2 roaches crawled across the wall. If I had not been exhausted from the drive I had to make I would……

“The bathroom floor in front of the toilet was NASTY! The group was stained and there was something stuck to the floor. Breakfast was a joke. The waffle mix was separated and the milk in the fridge looked spoiled. Someone in the second floor was smoking pot in their room and you could smell it as you walked by.”

“Gave it 5 stars because it was nice for an overnight stay. The kitchen was not well equipped so for an extended stay it wouldn’t be adequate. Nice stove and kitchen area but 2 skillets is all there was to cook with”

“The front desk clerk was kind and professional! Kudos to her for making me feel secure in unfamiliar territory. I would recommend a more customer friendly front end appearance. I understand the need for glass/plexiglass border between client and staff. But it was a little unnerving, especially with the “rules signage” posted immediately to the left when you walk in.
