Just wanted to give a shout out to Savannah and another female reception area staff member who helped check us in last night. I wish I knew the other woman’s name, as well. Both were so beyond kind and helped to make our stay just wonderful and memorable. Housekeeping was running behind with having our room ready at the usual check-in time, then when provided with room we had to change to another room that matched what we had booked (was supposed to have a pull out sofa bed and first room offered did not have this) and while this could have been frustrating, these 2 ladies turned it all around with their kindness and excellent customer service. We had a great stay and plan to return the next time we take a trip to Huntsville! The staff by the complimentary breakfast area in the morning were all very sweet, as well!
