“Room was clean but urine still on toilet seat. Advertised having a breakfast buffet but didn't have any meat. Chose to eat breakfast at a restaurant.”

“I was very disappointed with my stay at Hyatt Studios Huntsville. One thing that was never explained at check-in was that housekeeping would not be cleaning the room during my stay. Had I known that upfront, my expectations would have been different. Instead, I had to request clean towels every single day of my four-night stay. On the second night, a staff member even asked me to bring my used towels down to the front desk so they could be washed, which I found very unusual for a hotel……

“I stayed at this hotel for two nights. I was not disappointed. The room was comfortable and the decor was fresh and vibrant. There was plenty of seating in the lobby for visiting. There was even a pool table for entertainment. They have quiet hours …huge plus! The breakfast counter was very clean and the food was good. My experience was overall very pleasant. I would stay again.”
