“The whole building reeked of cigarette smoke, yet, it is supposedly smoke free. The beds were uncomfortably soft. The breakfast food did not have any decent provisions for diabetics. There wasn't any butter or any sweetener available. We will never stay there again!”

“This was the cleanest hotel I've been in for quite some time. The staff were awesome and helpful. The bed lives up to the reviews "very comfy". Rooms were just like the online pictures. (RARE)The breakfast was good. We brought along our two dogs they were given treats upon arrival. I really enjoyed our stay and would and will stay again. BRAVO!”

“Sticky surfaces had to be wiped clean. Room phone had some sort of sauce dripped on it. Outlets in bathroom didn't work. Only outlet in room was behind bed, so had to scoot it to charge phone. TV had to be plugged in, as it shared an outlet with the microwave and fridge. Poor lighting. Didn't touch the a/c, but room temp was comfortable. Requested king size bed and got room with 2 queens. Only staff member seen was friendly and helpful. Never checked to see if bfast was served.”

“They didn’t have any clean towels. They didn’t have any clean bath towels, body towels. They didn’t have no clean sheets or blankets. Also, the balcony was dirty. The pullout couch had old crumbs in there. I even seen bedbugs. I will never say that again I am hurt at traumatize the staff is all rude and horrible and lazy. Also by the way the GM stays downstairs in the hotel room. I also waited an hour and 45 minutes before check-in front desk lady is very rude.”

“Older hotel with some updates. We were visiting family so the location was perfect ... close to family ... near highway ... places to eat near by .... downtown Bloomington 10 mins. It worked for our purpose ... a place to sleep ... didn't spend much time at hotel. Hotel had plenty of parking, was quiet and provide free continental breakfast.”

“The exterior was not the nicest the trash was jammed full the grass was not kept. The staff was very friendly and helpful the room was nice for the price.”

“The room was a standard hotel room. It had a mini frig, microwave, and pod coffee maker. Ice was available near the front desk. The chair in the room wasn't great for reading, but it worked.”
