“Poor room and smelly room. Did not feel like using anything including restrooms as well. There were insects inside the bath tub... very poorly maintained....but did not have choice...so just slept for night and left ASAP in the morning”

Looks like the rooms have been recently updated, but the bathtub in one of the rooms had rust showing where the epoxy resurfacing wore through in front of the drain. Toilet kept running unless we picked up the tank lid to make it stop. WiFi is poor and annoying. Check in staff was busy smoking outside while I waited at the desk for……

Three Trails is also on the corner of the main street junction of the city. Therefore, there is street noise. Three Trails would be much improved, and more comfortable for guests, if sound proofing glass is installed in the windows.
