“For a new hotel, the room we stayed in was spacious; however, it looked sloppy and run down. Didn't really look or feel new. There were pen marks on the furniture and what looked like marker in the bathroom in the shower. The wallpaper in the bathroom was sloppily done and peeling.
A man who worked the front desk was incredibly rude and didn't know what he was doing. I called to ask about some suspicious charges on my card and he hung up the phone in my face because he couldn't explain it.……

“Housekeeping is a bit of a nightmare. They promise refresh every two days. Didn't happen. Even after making a verbal request at the front desk. No housekeeping. The manager got involved and solved the problem immediately. Kirk, is actually a pretty good manager, and has a lovely front desk staff.
In an outdoor mall that's full of shopping and restaurants, but be advised, the whole thing pretty much shuts down at 9. Only a few restaurants remain open, and the hotel breakfast is very weak.……
