“Housekeeping is a bit of a nightmare. They promise refresh every two days. Didn't happen. Even after making a verbal request at the front desk. No housekeeping. The manager got involved and solved the problem immediately. Kirk, is actually a pretty good manager, and has a lovely front desk staff.
In an outdoor mall that's full of shopping and restaurants, but be advised, the whole thing pretty much shuts down at 9. Only a few restaurants remain open, and the hotel breakfast is very weak.……

“I stayed there 3 nights and my room was never cleaned, they claimed It was because I added 2 extra days and they only clean every 3 days of staying there, other than that everything was nice”

“This place was new, clean, and a great value. The location is good and it was a better stay than Residence Inn Pasadena. Breakfast was over at 9am. SO, my only suggestion would be for it to be open longer. I'd stay here again.”
