“This was the cleanest hotel I've been in for quite some time. The staff were awesome and helpful. The bed lives up to the reviews "very comfy". Rooms were just like the online pictures. (RARE)The breakfast was good. We brought along our two dogs they were given treats upon arrival. I really enjoyed our stay and would and will stay again.

“They didn’t have any clean towels. They didn’t have any clean bath towels, body towels. They didn’t have no clean sheets or blankets. Also, the balcony was dirty. The pullout couch had old crumbs in there. I even seen bedbugs. I will never say that again I am hurt at traumatize the staff is all rude and horrible and lazy. Also by the way the GM stays downstairs in the hotel room. I also waited an hour and 45 minutes before check-in front desk lady is very rude.”

“The whole building reeked of cigarette smoke, yet, it is supposedly smoke free. The beds were uncomfortably soft. The breakfast food did not have any decent provisions for diabetics. There wasn't any butter or any sweetener available. We will never stay there again!”
