“Upon arrival it was quick and easy at first. Our first room has smoke detector going off and bathroom was not operational. I went back to front desk and was assigned another room. The keys didn’t work to no fault of the staff. The actual keypad was broken. I stayed in that room instead of opting for another room. The staff graciously let me in when I needed in. They were friendly and upbeat the entire time.”

“Disappointing Stay — Stay at Your Own Risk We recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The ladies at the front desk were nice and helpful when we checked in, but the room itself was another story.
