“Upon arrival, it took a while to get checked in. Attendant was cleaning rooms and completing front desk tasks. We had to locate her to check in. The first room we got smelled, had pepperonis and a contact on floor. A soccer ball by the chair and bathtub was dirty. Clearly, it had not been successfully cleaned.
