“Weird issue on check in but the visit was very nice. Nice place nice little pool to do some of my water aerobics. They have some cool container rooms that look interesting.”

“We were excited to stay at Hotel Paisano because of its history, amenities, and location, but unfortunately our experience was disappointing. One of the primary reasons we selected this hotel was the on-site restaurant, only to discover upon arrival that it was closed for renovations. This information was not clearly communicated in advance. In addition, the elevator was out of service during our stay, creating an inconvenience, especially for guests with mobility concerns. “Absolutely beautiful hotel! We stayed at room #5 which was a stand alone unit so it was basically like a little apartment. It had a beautiful interior and a fully stocked kitchen as well. The owner Jantzen was super friendly and helpful. The whole property was gorgeous. The next we come to Marfa we will be staying here again for sure!”

“This hotel is great for a place to stay for a night. No extravagant amenities, but met our needs for one night stay. It is not in town but close enough if you have a car to get to everything. Hot shower, very clean room and has soap and shampoo, and clean towels. Fridge and microwave for convenience. Hotel staff was very nice at check in.”

“We reserved the room after 5:00P on the same day we were going to stay there. The information said that I would be sent a key box code to retrieve the keys to the cottage since the office closes at 5:00. We arrived around 7:00. Nobody sent a code. Nobody answered the after-hours line, and nobody at Expedia could get a hold of the property contact. I left a message on the voice mail, but I couldn't just sit there outside the property waiting to see if anyone would respond. I was with my daughter……

“The ping pong and pool table was a hit for our 15 year old. Staff was helpful and accommodating when we showed up early to check in. Really quaint hotel with spacious and clean private and common quarters. Glad we stayed here on our visit.”

“The room was clean and we got a clean towel. There was no ice, no plastic cups, glasses of any kind. No shower curtain by design but you walk in the shower at the front so the water goes all over the floor which I cleaned. I could go on. They should at least have some basic things before opening for business and the room was not a bargain! It was expensive. ”
