“Staff was a bit standoffish at check-in. We felt like we received a “less than” greeting since we’d booked through a 3rd party. The staff member told us due to “the type of booking,” we weren’t eligible to PAY for an early check in. This was at 2:30. Official check in was at 3. 30 minutes later when the magical time hit, we were informed of the $18 amenities fee. Fire pits were off due to high winds and the pool was busy with college students who came and went while we were there. Grounds are……

“I found a cockroach on the ground in the bedroom so I started looking around the property and found lots more, especially under the bed. I have a baby that is crawling and learning to walk, so I was extremely concerned about this. Management told me that they spray weekly because they have an abandoned building behind their property… which was another concern. I was also informed that they do not have a way to clean under the beds. When I put my son back in his car seat, he has a little……

“room was large and clean. Starbucks on site. no shop for snacks except for a few chips and some essentials in starbucks, vendingg machine with snacks available. parking convenient. staffvery friendly.”

“Requested room to be cleaned and freshened up with towels, coffee, drinking glasses. They said they would but did not. Had to go down at 11:00pm to get items. Otherwise it was fine. Btw…we were there for a concert so was charged 1100.00 for a 2 night stay. Regular price around 140.00 per night..”

“I normally try and be fair about reviews but this hotel was awful. The elevator didn’t work so we had to carry our luggage up to 3rd floor. The room was dirty and didn’t seem to have been cleaned very well. The shower tub was peeling and had a disgusting rubber mat over it to hide the peeling. The sink and toilet area was dirty and dated. The AC for the room worked poorly so we were hot or cold all night. It was truly a disgusting experience!”

“Elevator wasn't working from the lobby, you had to go to second floor then get in the elevator. Room had some water damage iceeling abd walls ”

“I just left this Hotel, I cannot stay there after my long driving. The room is much different and awful than the pictures those display in Expedia App, also including some smelling, a kind of moldy air.”

“Room and property were disgusting smelled dirty ashes on the floor and tv stand bathroom was terrible and unsanitary. Could not even walk into the room without feeling nauseous. Pool had algae and moss cover was full of debris. Looked like a homeless camp. We immediately turned in our keys and left”
