“I booked this hotel for my bday and the hotel upgraded me to a junior suite. Room was spacious and nice . But could have been a little more cleaner for it to be luxurious hotel. It looked a little dusty. Parking is included in the hotel fee. But getting to parking is a little tricky. The rooftop was beautiful and the food for dinner was really good . My favorite part of the hotel was the double shower for the junior suite is amazing ! ”

“All of the staff were amazing! We arrived early anticipatipating to just park and return later for check in… But our room was ready! Everything was perfect and an awesome location for all shopping and dining! “So, they initially put us up in their annex which was really not so pleasant. They most kindly changed our room into the main hotel and that was wonderful - I do find it odd though that after all this time they still do not have an elevator. If you can't handle the stairs, this is no place for you! Still, the folks were most kind, and they even helped us take our bags up and down the stairs. But they really do need to get the elevator up - 6 floors man! ”
