“Great location for the purpose of our visit”

“Best service thank you 😊”

“This was our first time wine tasting in Traverse City. The location was perfect. It was a beautiful fall day and the weather was just perfect to sit outside, walk on the beach and view the lake. The room was absolutely spotless. Staff was wonderful. Breakfast was delightful. Definitely coming back next year.”

“Greeting upon arrival was lovely. When calling down before checking out to say the Jacuzzi was broken & the shower wasn’t clean(mold, hair) the desk person wasn’t apologetic. Just said that the building was old & wanted to argue that the tub was fine. It was not. Very disappointing. View was gorgeous.”

“My room had weird stains on the carpet room 117. And the pool was foggy so was the hot tub and we were next to the vending machine and the stairs and the ice machine so it was very noisy all night long very inconvenient when we wanted to relax. Staff was barely around and when they were they came and knocked on my door at 11 on the dot saying it was time to check out. Probably would not go back.”

“It’s a mid-level hotel/motel. Free breakfast was mediocre, grocery store donuts and muffins, and the dining room had the odor of old food, quite nauseating.”

“很舒服、愉快的住宿經驗，如果對初次入住者能在費用上有些折扣，不止限使用app者，就perfect了！”

“The room looked like a kid painted it, ceiling had patches that weren’t painted to match the ceiling. The fire sprinklers in the ceiling are all rusted. The fireplace did not work. The couch is old, sag in the middle, very uncomfortable. No pool to be found on the property. Elevator is questionable with the door hesitating to open. The people were nice.”
