“My husband, son and I stayed there for a lacrosse tournament at Stony Brook. The apt. was very clean and perfect for 2-3 people. The AC is run by the main house and when it got a little warm the first day I reached out to Stu and he and his wife quickly lowered the temp for us and it was perfect. Cute neighborhood-we visited Stony Brook village, Port Jeff and Sunken Meadow Park in our off time. Last year we stayed in Patchogue which was nice but we enjoyed the North Shore this year. “Perfect for our needs. Nice big open kitchen living room area was great for our family. We were an older group that can’t get together that often and this was really a common area that was good for all of us to connect. Peaceful morning overlooking the river enjoying our coffee. Would definitely rent again. Host answered all questions in a timely manner.”
