"The check in was very odd. There was no notification in the reservation that we had to go to a business office to pick up keys. The address provided was for the actual unit and the business office was several blocks away. It was not in the resort neighborhood that contained the condo. The condo was nice but it had snowed and no one attempted to clean off the front walk and stairs, that were very slippery. "We had a wonderful time at Silver Lake. The property was exceptionally clean, cozy, and inviting with excellent amenities for cooking and enjoying time both outside and inside. We enjoyed the location as a sleepier alternative to larger, busier lakes. All in all we will definitely consider using this rental again for future family trips."
