“This is a very cute cottage for a small party of two people. Beyond two people it would be cramped. It is reasonably close to the Point Park beaches and the Canal Park area of Duluth. The kitchen was well equipped and supplied as was the bathroom with linens. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it with the following "head's-up's".. It is not equipped with a washer and dryer although though it appears there is space and connections for a stacked unit in the bathroom and we booked the……

“What a wonderful space to getaway! Ange was so great with communication and even helped me find a place to eat for my birthday! Couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Cute and cozy place with an amazing view. Nice to have a covered spot for my vehicle and even though there are stairs down to the place, it didn’t feel like a big hike. It was just the reset I needed and I didn’t want to leave :) Can’t wait to visit again someday when plants are in bloom and/or in the fall.”

“Location, location, location. Very convenient to every place we wanted to go. Quiet neighborhood good for walking. Bicycle/walking path along creek only a few hundred yards away. Our dog really enjoyed the fenced backyard. Comfortable beds. It is not a luxury place, But if we return to Minneapolis we would put it at the top of our list of places to stay.”

“We rented two separate units for a family overnight. Properties were well maintained both inside and out and had everything you would need and might expect. Location was convenient. One of the beds was very squishy but other than that, I would definitely stay here again.”
