“We arrived late for check in after a concert. The staff were incredibly nice and welcoming. Check in was easy. The room was clean. If you like a firm mattress, this place is for you. The beds were hard as a rock. Overall, we would stay again based off cleanliness, location, safety and staff friendliness. ”

“The staff at Sleep Inn were unprofessional and unkind. They told my 8-year-old daughter that the noise from the neighbors was merely them “doing their business,” as if loud lovemaking was acceptable. When we asked to be moved to a room without a connecting door—especially after the neighbor had smashed our wall—they discouraged us from calling the police. Instead, by saying we cannot guarantee not connection door, what's most, they relocated us to a room directly below that same noisy couple,……
