“The room that we stayed in did not have a inside security door bolt on the door. The shower had no pressure and the head was broken and also had mold on the spray nozzles. So definitely wasn't taking a shower. The fan in the bathroom was broken/disconnected when turning on the light. The light switch itself was operable but broken. The elevators were slow and the doors on one car had to be pushed open after they wouldn't open when we got to the bottom floor.”
