This hotel is beautiful, the staff are all very nice. The spa is amazing. The amenities are great! The only thing I will say is that we checked out on a Friday. On Saturday morning it seemed like they were completely understaffed for breakfast service both for room service and the restaurant servers/chefs/hostess.

This hotel is close to being great! The only negative is the pool chair policy on the weekend. Some staff will take your stuff and give your chairs away if you are not near them for 30 minutes… Other than that the property and the people are excellent! They will go out of there way to make you experience excellent. We will return in the future!!
