“Just incredible! The staff, and in particular the front desk personnel were the best hotel employees we have ever encountered. More than friendly and genuine, they went above and beyond at every step. We left at 4:30am to go to the national park, they had breakfast to go for us. We mentioned in passing one member of our group had a lactose sensitivity, they gave us dairy free (and gluten for good measure) muffins, yogurt, and enough other goodies to last the whole day; let alone breakfast. “This place is simply adorable and welcoming. The rooms and decor are just perfect and the beds are super cozy. The laundry was a plus and the sauna and outdoor cold shower were extra plus plus. Perfect walk along the river to get to town. Love this place.”
