“On arrival they didn’t have record of my booking (which had been paid for). Toilet didn’t flush properly and soon became blocked. No toilet paper. No proper sheets. Windowless room.”

“Close to the riverfront, restaurants,bars, shopping and convenience stores. Easy walk to everything. Helpful and friendly staff.”

“I stayed here twice with my family. I paid for 4 adults and the reservation said GUARANTEED, but when we arrived they gave us 2 twin beds and said 2 people were expected to fit on each bed! 😤 The WiFi ONLY works in the reception area and not in any of the rooms. There are cockroaches, fleas, live, and ants in the rooms. The toilet is IN the shower which gets everything wet. The sheets were dirty and stained under the comforter and the towels were given to us damp and wrinkly and clearly not……

Staff were friendly rooms clean and everything you need are close by, market, bakery, food vendors, money changers, etc. Tour attractioñs are close by, within 10 minutes by tuktuk. Walking distance to Central Market where you'll find all traditional food, clothing's and jewelries. Great place without straining your wallet!!”

“Residence 110 is a well-located, clean and reasonably priced hotel. However, the inconvenience of having only one elevator for 14 floors occasionally leads to extended wait times. Additionally, the room doors' poor noise isolation, akin to cardboard, allows sounds from the corridor to disrupt your sleep, especially when doors are closed forcefully. Despite these considerations, I would still rate my experience a solid 8 out of 10.”
