“Best stay in a hotel ever for myself and my fiance. Only complaint is the day shift front desk woman was not friendly, no greeting or welcome and looked like she did not want to be there, on her cellphone most of the time. Overnight gentleman was very helpful and much nicer. Overall a wonderful stay”

“I LOVE the front door here. Very fun. Lobby has cold lemon water and coffee all day. Nice lobby area to hang. Breakfast area is spacious and can be used all day to sit. Pool with family bathroom just off from Lobby. Vending machines right there too. Fitness room is next to pool. It has a treadmill and elliptical, plus two weight machines and dumbells. “I do not like the way the daytime desk clerk talks to guests, me included. What he doesn’t realize is when he belittles another employee to one of the guests, he is bringing the entire team down. It seems as though he is the only “bad seed””

“Building is lovely and well kept. My only question was why there was not any room cleaning after the second night stay. No garbage pickup or towel change out at all. Initially when I looked online at the hotel details it showed daily room service. This was disappointing. Also it would have been nice to have some recommendations of local food Venus.”
