“We stayed at The Heartland Inn in Park Rapids and had a fantastic experience. The hotel was exceptionally clean, quiet, and comfortable, and the staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. They were wonderful with our dogs, which meant a lot to us and made traveling with pets easy. The breakfast was far better than expected—well stocked with lots of options, great coffee, and excellent donuts. The pool area was also a highlight—really impressive and very well maintained.……

“The property itself was clean and perfectly acceptable. The walls were thin, and the neighbors, loud. The TV volume could not be adjusted, and so was too quiet to hear. Oddly, though, I could hear the neighbor's TV just fine! An ok spot for an overnight, located near a beautiful park and close to restaurants, shops, and convenience stores.”

“Breakfast was sad. No hot items like picture showed, coffee pot was sad. Amenities included pool but when asked they said it was under maintenance but no sign on pool saying so. There was holes in the rooms wall that had been poorly patched. They spent a lot of money on decor but the place was still ratty. They need to upgrade not spend money on tacky decor. Fix your walls and floors and get better equipment for breakfast.”

“Breakfast could use work. But its ok. Different mini boxes of cereal and something different than biscuits and gravy and waffles. Other than that everything is alway nice and friendly and polite and respectful and rooms are clean. ”
