“We generally stay loyal and attempt to book at all Holiday Inn locations where convenient to where we travel. This particular location was outstanding. The cleanest most unkept and modern hotel in the chain. The breakfast was undoubtedly the best and plentiful of any Holiday Inn we’ve ever stayed at. And the staff the most courteous and friendly. Should be a mentor location for all your other locations. We will be back and highly recommended it to our friends and family.”

“First when I checked in, there still guests inside for the room gave to me Then I had to go back to asked another room. The lady at front desk was not happy and passed that room to another check in guest. Moment after, that guest met the same issue. Few hours after my check in, my credit card was charged again. So I went down to check with the front desk. The lady at front desk is very rude and she said that is the system trasaction and she can do nothing. And nobody I can talk to. I have to……

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel in Orange, VA. Mark, the desk clerk, was very friendly and helpful during our time at the hotel. Our pets enjoyed plenty of area to walk and were greeted warmly, too. The lady in the breakfast room over the weekend ensured that the food was served hot and delicious. Our room was clean and well-stocked with towels and coffee. I definitely recommend this hotel for travelers. Barbara W”
