“Manager, I believe, was very nice and friendly. I didn't have my towels at first. So instead of just giving them to me, he set them up in my bathroom up quickly.”

“Here to visit family, and they told me my parents had stayed at this property when they visited over 40 years ago! It's a vintage motor court, but nicely maintained. The room is up to date and comfortable. The bathroom still has a 70s tub and sink, but clean and functional. One quirk: the sink was mounted very low, about thigh level on me. Had to bend low to wash my face! Overall a satisfactory stay.”

“The water was the draw for us and we enjoyed the views from which were available from just about every indoor location. The living space was fine for the 2 of us. We wondered, since there are beds for 6, how larger groups relax. There’s a picnic table with seating in an adjacent room but in the living room there’s only one couch that seats 3. Recognizing that there are high stools for the counter and a cushion, perhaps a comfortable armchair would be nice as additional seating. Just a thought.🙂”

“Booked this property for my family (5 of us) to go to a family wedding in the Sunapee area awhile ago. The house is clean, comfortable, has a/c, well labeled, a nice short walk from Dewey Beach to the active boat launch area with shops/food, and a neat door locking system. Everything just seemed to work well and it would have been nice to stay longer had I known. ”

“Clean, simple, cozy, and great location. I have work and business related event in the area and my wife decide to join. She absolutely loved it and stayed there during our 5 day stay while I had business to handle. She loves being near the water and although the place was set back a little from the water... it was great for her and the time she spent there. We enjoyed the privacy and overall time we spent there. ”

“My family of 5 stayed here this July. The house is beautiful and very spacious. We easily could have had another family stay with us and had plenty of room. The house was well very stocked and all that was needed to bring was food and clothes. Kids had a great time on kayaks, floats and paddle boards. The lake is clean and we had a great time fishing. If visiting in July or August , stop in at Bartletts blueberry farm. Great hiking in the area and we also made the short trip over to Woodstock,……
