“The spa experience was good- I had an excellent therapist. The rooms are older but in good condition. We had an issue with the television remote, but the front desk took care of it right away. ”

“Zach and the other staff members at the front desk were so so helpful and kind. They really do make the hotel stay wonderful. The parking for guest is very very expensive, so try to look for parking around the hotel. The walk from the elevator to our room was quite long, I don't understand why a building of this size does not have 2 elevators at each end of the building. ”

“Enjoyed a quick overnight to do a little shopping. The location was perfect, parked and was able to walk to all the stores. Beautiful accommodations, friendly staff, loved that there was a restaurant on site and enjoyed sitting by the fire. Loved that they offered complimentary fixings for s'mores. Will definitely be back.”
