“When I checked in the key machine wasn’t working. We were supposed to have keys brought up but we had to end up going down and requesting them. Also, there were 3 bridal parties on the same floor right by my room. They were loud and obnoxious, running down the hall and yelling and whooping and hollering. We called down to the front desk to complain and ask them to ask the parties to tone it down but management didn’t care and didn’t make a single attempt to address the issue. The room,……

“Casino is fabulous!”

“One of the best sleeps I’ve had in a hotel in a long time. The bed was very comfortable. Beautiful room. I will be back every time I am in town. Fantastic stay for the price.”

“Everything was good, but had hoped for a slightly better included breakfast as far as protein selection.”

“We liked the friendly staff, clean premises, and ability to get a bite to eat onsite. Our room door did not properly close - it actually didn't latch, so the only way to keep it from opening was the inner lock. That wasn't great, but we were only there for a night's sleep.”

“房間還算乾淨，但偏老舊。一樓酒吧的bar tender非常非常nice。小缺點是周邊有點不方便”

“Very nice hotel, clean and the breakfast was great. Enjoyed the manager happy hour they was offered the day we arrived. Used the hot tub and pool, which were both on the used side but water was clean and clear. Staff was very pleasant.”

“Kind and helpful staff. Clean and modern rooms and shared spaces.”

“Very clean hotel”

“The room was really nice and clean. Bed was a little firm for our liking, but was sufficient for our 1 night stay. The front desk was nice and friendly. We did eat the breakfast buffet and it was all really good. Love the "beans to coffee" machine. The location was nice with alot of stores and restaurants close by as well. Would definitely stay here again if we were ever in the area.”
