“When we just got into the room we saw 3 flies in the room. The floors carpet was really sticky. On the second day, after the room cleaning service everything felt wet, at night we could clearly hear our next room neighbors conversation. It sounded like they were next to me. The service in the lobby was perfect.”

“We enjoyed the atmosphere of this rustic reconditioned lodge situated on a brook. The room had been nicely redone with rustic furnishings and a very nice stone bath counter and sink. It seems it needs a touch-up, but was pleasant, quiet, comfortable, and clean. I enjoyed sitting by the creek on our patio. The staff was friendly, and we enjoyed a fresh cooked breakfast each morning. We even got a phone call the day of our reservation telling us our room was ready and we could come anytime (it was……

“The hotel in general was amazing. The people were friendly and very welcoming. The only complaint I have is the floor in our room was dirty in places(mostly behind the chair and desk so not really a big deal) and there were rips and stains on the sheets and blankets, but we didn’t go on vacation to stay in our room so I still consider it a very wonderful trip. We will definitely be using The Ramsey Hotel again in the future. ”
