What a great place to stay. Each room has their own door to sit outside. The hallways are quiet with no slamming doors . The room doors close quietly. Front area had coffee tea, hot chocolate, hot apple cider and water 24/7.

This was a nice hotel with everything you could ask for. Inside and outside pools. The room was spacious and clean. The property sits right off the main road with access to all the tourist attractions within minutes. No complaints here!

The place was very nice. But the scent of Apple that was vented through the air was way too strong at times. Also, I did not like the maintenance cleaning carts set out all through the hallways in the way. The indoor pool area was way too hot to really use. The breakfast was nice. The area was always clean. The food was always full. Staff was pleasant.

This is a true gem in the heart of the city. I have traveled to the Sevierville/Pigeon Forge area for over 20 years and never knew this slice of heaven existed. Not only was the hotel amazing, they have their own little Apple Valley of stores right across the street, featuring 3 restaurants, a candy store, a creamery, and more.
