“There is no standard SOP for the maid. No towel after cleansing the house. I have to ask the front desk for towel but some times, they answer me they do not have any towels right now”

“部屋は広くて快適でした。中庭やその先のゴルフ場の眺めもよかったです。 小さいプールもあり子供は楽しめるのではないでしょうか。自転車借りられたのが近くのトレイルを走るのによく楽しかったです。 近くにあまり店がないですが朝食も満足の行くものでした。眼の前のレストランも気取らず良かったです。”

“Front desk staff was lovely and checkin was quick and easy. Getting into the parking area was confusing, but once we figured it out, we felt very comfortable parking in the garage. Our room definitely needed dusting and vacuuming done in corners and along the edges. The bathroom needs a fresh coat of paint because you could see that something was thinly painted over. The sink was odd because the faucet didn’t come out far enough from the back of the sink and it was difficult to rinse hands. The……

“Just called by mobile to ask for receipt, even didn't have time to tell them what i want when they told me they had to attend clients and left me waiting there for nearly 10 minutes, really bad experience.”
