Our stay was exceptional! A little bio on us, we are well traveled (USA, Europe and the Caribbean) we prefer to stay at boutique hotels, and away from the crowds. We do extensive research before making our decisions. Based on our criteria; travel dates, hotel and room type, location, and budget we decided to stay here. We really like this hotel. It was clean and smelled brand new. They had a great free breakfast and very comfy beds! The only thing I wish they had was hand sanitizer in the lobby and by the food. There were lysol wipes but you cant use them on your hands

Our check-in was as smooth as possible and the most friendly skilled front desk individual.
Room was clean and updated.
Morning breakfast had a wonderful menu to choose from and a great young man from keeping the food warm and available, to how clean he kept the food area and dining tablets. showed pride in his job.

Excellent stay. We come here every year and will be back next year. Stayed in a one bedroom cabin. Not sure why we were not given the unit we had on on reservation that was sent to use though. Also, no hair dryer in the cabin - had to go purchase one. The property is beautiful and the staff is just as good. Highly recommend this as the place to stay when you come to the Dells area.

I loved how clean everything was and the free breakfast was the best! Some hotels only serve pastries so the hot food was a bonus! I also loved the pool hours. It gives the adults time to enjoy it before the kids get crazy in there. The only thing I didn't like was the garbage cans in the room. There were no bags so we were throwing food away with no garbage bags. That just doesn't seem sanitary and a pain for the house keepers.
