“It was an awful experience. Got all the way to The Polynesian Hotel and no one was there. There was a note on the lobby door stating all reservations have been moved to the Atlantis Hotel. I was never informed of any such changes. I was receiving emails stating they couldn't wait to see us and check in was at 4pm. Had to call Atlantis Hotel. Thankfully they had room for us at their hotel. However the front desk told me the Polynesian was under construction but their were no construction crews……

“Nice place for families to stay. Roomy and a lot of sports to offer. The rooms are adequate.. basic but it’s nice to have a full kitchen and living space. Pretty clean overall. Lots of towels and supplies. The check in process was easy and they are very friendly and helpful. I’d recommend it overall. ”

“Our particular room was close to the elevator which was convenient. The only downfall was that when we stayed there it was too cold for us to use the outdoor waterparks so we did have to walk quite a ways to get to the indoor parks. I highly recommend bringing a wagon or a stroller for this purpose. Out deluxe condo fit our family very well we had 4 children 11 and under and 3 adults”

“If looking for a peaceful place to get away this is yhe place.Is close to the dells and all the restaurant also walmart.”
